Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.).

  • Tags: All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

  • Final Sale Items: Gift cards, underwear, face masks, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at socialworldllc@outlook.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (clear photos/videos of any defects are helpful)

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to our address:

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

  1. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Social World is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds include the purchase price and any taxes paid, but original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Refund Timeline

  • After approval, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item returned with visible use or missing tags (refund amount reduced)

  • Item returned after 30 days (at our discretion)


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item (as outlined above).

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This helps you receive the correct item faster.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • The wrong item (size, color, or design different from your order)

  • A missing item from your package

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at socialworldllc@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will:

  • Cover return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid label)

  • Offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you


6. International Returns (Outside USA)

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returns are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for international orders will be processed as described above (excluding original shipping costs).


7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email socialworldllc@outlook.com immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.

  • Once shipped, the order must follow our standard return process.
