Shipping Policy

At Social World, we manufacture our products in the USA and UK, and we ship worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle shipping for all orders placed with Social World LLC.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays).

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time (5–7 business days). You will be notified at the time of order.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

*Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take 3–5 business days.*

We ship to almost every country worldwide from our fulfillment centers in the USA and UK.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of reliable carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • USA: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • UK: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

  • International: DHL, UPS Worldwide, FedEx International, USPS International

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery destination

    • Selected shipping method (standard, expedited, overnight)

    • Total weight and dimensions of the package

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 6 below).

Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, Social World may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75+ USD or £60+ GBP). Promotional terms will be clearly stated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number(s)

  • Carrier name

  • Link to track your package

You can also track your order by contacting us at socialworldllc@outlook.com with your order number.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the USA:

  • Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Social World is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the package on customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or lower the declared value.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.

  • Social World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "delivered" by the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost (no scans for 15+ business days), contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Delayed Packages

We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at socialworldllc@outlook.com with your order number and corrected address.

  • If the package has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no charge.

  • If the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute it. Social World is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions:

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • Crimea (region of Ukraine)

  • Russia

  • Belarus
